All items returned must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with the tags still attached. ALL SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE. All returns must be pre-authorized by Jacknut Apparel, by e-mailing a Return Request to: info@jacknutapparel.com All unauthorized returns shipped to Jacknut Apparel will incur a 15% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS! All returns authorized by JacknutApparel.com are subject to inspection to insure that the item is unworn and unused with the tags still attached. If the product returned is being exchanged for a different size or color, Jacknut Apparel.com will provide for the shipping cost of the new item.

SHIPMENT/ORDER PROCESSING:

Order processing takes approximately 24-48 hours. Next day shipments are sent either UPS or Airborne Express depending on the product. Next day service is not guaranteed.. Next day orders are sent out after order processing. No deliveries are made on Saturday or Sunday, unless special arrangements are made with Jacknutapparel.com. If next day service is selected, customer assumes all liabilities for wrong sizes, and re-shipment will be provided by JacknutApparel.com only at normal delivery. Overnight orders are in no way guaranteed by Jacknut Apparel. Jacknut Apparel will try to accommodate all overnight orders, but certain product lines are shipped from remote warehouses and will arrive a few days later. Normal Airborne Express/UPS shipments take 2-7 days on average after order processing. No deliveries are made on Saturday or Sunday, unless special arrangement are made with Jacknut Apparel.

RISK OF LOSS/DELAY:

All items purchased from Jacknut Apparel are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss/delay and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
